Returns and Exchanges
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, exchanges and returns are possible provided the item retains its original condition.
Return Period
14 days from receipt. If the dress was received in the showroom — 14 days from the fitting date. Refunds are issued within 10 business days to the same card.
Conditions
The dress must be in the same condition as when received: with tags attached, without signs of wear, in its original branded packaging. If the item was altered to fit your measurements (free custom fitting) — it cannot be returned.
