This agreement is a public offer of Vitalona LLC (INN 7700000000) for the sale of goods through the vitabrava.ru online store. Placing an order on the website constitutes acceptance of the offer.
Subject of the Agreement
The Seller undertakes to transfer goods of proper quality to the Buyer within the specified timeframes, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the goods. The list and characteristics of the goods are specified on the website.
Price and Payment Procedure
Prices are indicated in rubles including VAT. Payment is made at the time of placing the order by bank card or upon receipt (cash/cashless payment).
Delivery and Acceptance
Delivery times are specified during checkout. The risk of accidental loss of goods transfers to the Buyer upon delivery.
